Welcome to The C Foundry. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, software, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by ZAAGOB DIGITAL INNOVATIONS LTD (ZDiL) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using our AI tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The C Foundry is an educational and software platform ("SaaS") that combines business training with AI-powered tools (including but not limited to the Scriptwriter, Niche Finder, and Roast Room). Access to certain AI tools is gamified and may require the completion of specific educational modules ("Learn-to-Earn").

3. Account Registration & Security

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

One Account Per Person: Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate ban without refund.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and "Fuel"

Subscriptions: Access to The C Foundry is billed on a subscription basis (Monthly/Yearly) or via a One-Time Beta Access fee. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Virtual Currency ("Fuel"):

• The Service uses a credit system called "Fuel" to meter AI usage.
• Not Real Money: "Fuel" has no monetary value outside the Service and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Expiration: Unused monthly Fuel allowances do roll over to the next month.
• Top-Ups: Additional Fuel purchased is final and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property (IP)

Our IP: The The C Foundry platform, code, source code, educational videos, "Digital Field Manuals," and branding are the exclusive property of ZAAGOB DIGITAL INNOVATIONS LTD (ZDiL). You may not copy, distribute, or resell our curriculum.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the input you provide (e.g., your niche details) and the output generated by the AI (e.g., scripts). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and process this content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

Accuracy: The Service uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate content. AI can make mistakes ("hallucinations"). You acknowledge that The C Foundry does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or legality of AI-generated content.

User Responsibility: You are the "Human in the Loop." You agree to review and verify all AI outputs before publishing them. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of AI-generated content.

7. User Conduct & "The Roast Room"

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate hate speech, illegal content, or sexually explicit material.
• Reverse engineer the software or attempt to scrape our data.
• Abuse the "Roast Room" feature to harass other users (if applicable) or generate harmful content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZAAGOB DIGITAL INNOVATIONS LTD (ZDiL) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or profits) arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if you violate these Terms (e.g., account sharing, payment fraud, or abusive behavior).

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abuja State, Nigeria.
